Completely out of the blue...like having the floor suddenly drop out from under you.

Very strange.

So, 3 weeks of anxious anticipation of what was to come.

And, of course, it has all worked out just fine...

So, I recently bought a copy of JOHN CUNEO's sketchbook drawings book called "nEuROTIC" (just recently pub'd by Fantagraphics).

To be honest, I hadn't heard of Cuneo before this, but the book has made me want to check him out.

Maybe it will do the same for you.

Watching all these hard-eyed strangers with short hair, fresh back from Iraqiganistan, trying to figure out how to transform their ability to kick down doors, use machine guns, and intimidate unarmed human beings into viable educational goals...

It only gets sad when they start talking politics...
