To many to list, but some of my favorite authors include:
Warren Ellis, Howard Zinn, Robert McGammon, Neil Gaiman, James Herbert (different one, not Dune, although the first one was good), Stephen King.
I also read quite a bit of non-fiction. I try to avoid being ignorant even if I can't avoid being an asshole.

I saw Tool when they came to Phoenix last year, it was amazing, except for the fact that I'm 5'2" (other people's armpits height), it was hot as hell, and I was in sweaty GA seating.
