So I've had one for a while now. I wear contacts and always need the solution/holder/extras or glasses, because I tend to lose them now and again. Also I tend to sleep everywhere except for my house, so its useful to have generic toiletries with me.

My bag contains 3 other bags. My toiletries bag(one of those nifty Gillette bags), my PSP bag with games(in Altoids containers) and cables, and my camera bag with camera and cables.
